many nonprofit and charity events. Skills in human resources where she was responsible for providing leadership, management,

and guidance to increase revenue in the competitive pharmaceutical environment. Well-versed in business expansion/start up.

She has been accountable for internally and externally managing and hosting entertainment and health services. Energetic, self-

starter with extensive management background. Experience includes sales, production, management,

and operations in a variety of capacities and fields.

Joe Kustek

Joesph Kustek is a successful Web site designer, audio engineer and IT specialist with over 20 years of experience in all three fields. Working both as a project leader and an independent, Joe has built contact management systems from start to finish and also produced and recorded a multitude of audio productions and media soundtracks for various artists and corporations.

As an IT specialist Joe is proficient in cross platform operating systems including windows and Linux/Unix both in GUI and Shell environments. Skilled in multiple programming languages such as ASP, PHP,CSS/HTML5/JQuery, Software specialties range from Adobe, Premier/ Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver and Cubase.

A young CEO in the making traveling the states producing over 5,000 concerts in 26 different states led him to experience the concert and festival circuit, and slowly see the inside of the industry. shortly after performing with his own band at a Bob Seger show, Phil got up the guts to walk up and ask Seger for advice. After this, Phillip booked at a brand new performing arts center, with The Bob Seger System, BadFinger, and Ted Nugent. All of this was done when he was only 15. Highly motivated, professional and successful with past operations with 25 years in the industry Working with Top Artists in Multiple genre’s including Rock, Country, Jazz and Hip Hop. His most recent position as Head of Entertainment and Operations for the Indiana and Iowa State Fair, one of the the largest live concert events in each respecting state bringing in attendance of up to 100,000 daily.
