CHIPPEWA RIVER BREWING COMPANY
OUR STORY:
We are a start-up brewery that is looking to open in Barryton, Michigan. Michael Earle, Owner/Head Brewer, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America where he joined the Brew Club. That is where he gained a love for brewing beer. Michael has developed several beers including his Neapolitan series that features a chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry beer. His Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout was recognized by Charlie Papazian, President of the Brewers Association, via social media.
OUR APPROACH:
We will brew on a Sabco Nanomagic 2-barrel brewhouse. Brewing 4 days a week, and having a yearly production of just below 1,000-barrels. We will begin as a production brewery, providing wholesale beers to local bars, restaurants, and convenience stores.
