IREDX is a NewCo formed to merge the turnkey program management business of Red Cardinal Holdings with a prominent and longstanding EPC contractor both of whom are active in the international infrastructure industry.
RCH will spin off its infrastructure business in the areas of work camp housing, oil refinery installation, and pipeline projects into IREDX. The EPC contractor will construct that book of business and almost instantly become a major primary contractor in broader infrastructure markets with particular emphasis on projects in the US.
The eventual exit is to become a public company, known as IREDX.
Heavy Infrastructure Projects
Secure infrastructure contracts (award or bid) program manage, construct, subcontract, and where applicable operate and service the completed project. There is a Program Management Fee (10%-15%) for every primary contract as well as variable overhead and profit built into each contract regardless of whether the Company acts as a primary or subcontractor.
In the case of workforce and military housing we maintain a 40% =/- margin.
