I pride myself on keeping up-to-date with today’s technology in the web and print media. As a designer, developer and publisher, I crave learning new things and I always push myself to do the best of my ability. I also believe that it is important to help others by sharing my knowledge to those in need. I want to use my publications to create a positive vibe to my readers and hopefully they will pay it forward and do the same.

Irie Magazine is an independent reggae magazine covering the world reggae and cali reggae scene while redefining the meaning of Roots Rock Reggae Music. For 2016, I want to offer my publication in print and also publish a monthly self-help guide to educate artists and individuals looking to start their own business. With my knowledge of the web space, I feel that I can help them create a proper online presence to grow their business.

This will allow me to offer create a mobile/tablet version of my publication to meet the needs and request of my subscribers who prefer a tablet/mobile experience for reading my publication. The $2,500 will cover the code development of my app while the design cost will be covered by my own design skills.
