Sean Khan Consulting Company, Inc., (DBA: SKC Company) was founded by Sean Khan in August of 2012 to assist , Architects, Consultants, General Contractors, Education (K-12, Charter, Colleges), Private Sector (Government) with the process of Modular Building through combined efforts in consulting, project management, design, engineering, and construction. As a valued member of the Modular Building Institute team for our clients, we are there to ensure that all aspects are done correctly, greenly, and cost effectively every step of the way.

Our consulting services allow us to represent owners to assist with contract administration, coordination, and project controls. Our team will ensure that best practices are met through value engineering alternatives to stay within budget from pre-construction all the way through to fully constructed.

We follow everything including design, engineering, and delivery of modules. We also ensure safety, time management, contractor qualifications, and essential licenses and contracts. Safety, diversity, and leadership are just a few of the characteristics that help Sean Khan and his company stand out from the rest. Sean has been in the Project Management, Building, Construction, and Modular Building industry for over 17 years.
He began in this profession in the electrical industry as a Journeyman and Foreman overseeing projects, supervising associates, educating apprentices, and ensuring safety. His commitment to safety, staff education, maintaining exemplary records, and overseeing projects has not waned in his many years of service.
Following his four years as a Journeyman and Foreman, Sean worked as a Field Superintendent for almost three years, and then began as a Project Manager for eight years before the inception of SKC Company. He is also the Director of Operations of SKC’s sister companies Union Modular Construction, as well as being Partner of Custom Modular Consulting.
