Commercial and Residential Solar-PV
Stelcor Energy offers residential and commercial customers the opportunity to reduce their electric bills and create savings by converting to renewable solar energy: we sell, design and build Solar-Photovoltaic systems for residential and commercial use. The availability of government and utility incentives reduces a rate payer’s net cost for going solar and Stelcor Energy offers its customers a variety of financing options: zero-down lease and low interest financing for homeowners, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), capital and operating lease options for commercial clients.
Commercial Lighting Efficiency
Stelcor Energy provides business owners the opportunity to reduce their overhead costs by replacing old, inefficient lighting fixtures with energy efficient light bulbs such as fluorescent and LED.
State-run programs that incentivize companies to switch to higher efficiency lighting can offset 40% to 90% of the cost of doing so – making these programs highly attractive and sought after because of their quick ROI.

From its humble beginnings as an HVAC contractor in 2005, Bob has built Stelcor Energy to what it is today: a formidable stakeholder in the renewables world, delivering best-of-class Solar-PV products and services to residential and commercial clients throughout Arizona and New Mexico. Bobs earlier accomplishments include the creation of JewelWay International: a multi-level jewelry sales and marketing company with offices in Calgary Canada, Sidney Australia, Manchester England and headquartered in Tucson Arizona. At its peak, JewelWay International employed over 500 professional employees with annual sales exceeding the $100 million mark.

Nick de Gennaro
Nick is responsible for the financial and operational stewardship of the Stelcor Energy family of companies: Solar Plus, LLC and Quick Fix Appliance Cooling and Heating. He received a B.S. in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona in 1981, and since then, has embarked on a long career in business management and ownership, in a variety of industries.

James C. Sell, P.C.
In addition to the valuable service he provides to Stelcor Energy in the area of finance and tax law, Jim owns and operates James C. Sell, P.C. Certified Public Accountants a CPA and forensic accounting firm that provides expert witness services for various state, federal and private entities. The company has extensive experience in Securities Laws, Regulations and Statutes, Receivership/Conservatorship Actions and Proceedings, Bankruptcy Matters and Proceedings, Complex Real Estate Transaction Investigations and Resolution, and Insurance and General Business Practice Evaluations and Services. Jim has served as Auditor for the United States Defense Contract Audit Agency and the Arizona Corporation Commission – Securities Division. Jim currently serves as a non-salaried advisor to the Board.

Robert Neifert
Well versed in developing large-scale solar project-funding, Robert is responsible for the management and growth of the Commercial Solar and Energy Efficiency Divisions for Stelcor Energy. After receiving a B.A in Environmental Studies from Antioch College, he has owned and managed green-building construction and consulting companies – most recently: Green Energy Associates – a commercial efficiency-remediation company that surpassed $3 million in revenues in just over two years.

Sergio Muoz
Sergio currently oversees Stelcor Energys Residential Sales and Marketing activities in all markets, as well as sales staff recruitment and training. After receiving a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas, Sergio held several management positions with General Motors, Johnson & Johnson, Tenet Healthcare and Goodman Manufacturing before joining Stelcor Energy in 2012.

Robert “BJ” Charette, III
As co-founder of Stelcor Energy and qualifying-party for Stelcor Energy’s Quick Fix Appliance Cooling & Heating entity, BJ was instrumental in establishing Quick Fix as the preferred HVAC contractor for several apartment complexes in the Tucson Arizona area, as well as growing residential HVAC sales to over $1 million during QF’s maiden year. BJ currently serves as Senior VP and Regional Sales Manager for the company’s Portland, Oregon office.
