Until now, weve strictly been an R&D company selling Ultraflex components at wholesale prices to orthotic and prosthetic clinics upon physician and therapist referral around the country. Weve done quite well in this space, generating over $4.6million in revenue last year, but we now want to be consumer facing in the actual patient care process we call UltraDirect. This retail marketplace is much larger, expanding the dollar value of each brace by $900-$1,500 for an average brace value of $1,800 and opening up the potential market to a much greater world of patients in need.

Ultraflex has an established business network from 25 years in operation. Since our start in 91, we have expanded our market from the US to Europe, Canada, Australia, and South America. The US remains our biggest focus, however, especially now as we move into direct patient care at the retail level.
We introduced a number of new products to the market throughout the 90s and early 2000s, but our latest breakthroughs came in the period from 2004-2013 with ADR and Ultraflex ONE, breaking new ground in features for orthopedic and neurological bracing for walking and stretching. In 2013, we also opened a 7,500 square foot state-of-the-art custom fabrication facility with fully installed infrastructure that supports rapid scalable growth. We will be comfortable in this facility until we achieve in excess of $25 million in annual revenue, at which point we will need to add additional fabrication facilities.
We have approximately 1,500 active wholesale customers who collectively provide around 12,500 Ultraflex braces annually, demonstrating a current $20 million retail market for Ultraflex with nearly unlimited potential.

We collaborate on research and product development with premiere centers like NIH, Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles, Rehab Institute of Chicago, and University of Washington.
Although we pulled in more than $4.5 million in revenue in 2015, we are now shifting gears to focus on a much larger direct patient care retail market. Our plan for 2016 includes refining and demonstrating our new direct care model in the Philadelphia area. In 2017, we will launch five new territories, 10 new products, and two product updates. By the end of 2018, we will have rolled out our patient care process in 11 US territories.
