  EXIT STRATEGY

  There are two exit options.



  First Option. Out of the 44 flats to be developed, the company will sell ‘off plan’ properties at a 15% discount of the sale price to the investors to the value of the investment.

  Second Option. 1% per month interest rolled up over a 24 month term, triggered by the sale of the properties once completed.
