Gun safety campaign a first for Indiegogo

Modesto, CA –Modesto-based gun cabinet manufacturer Instant Access IPS launched a crowdfunding campaign at Indiegogo.com on Tuesday, Oct. 27.

Indiegogo will be the first crowdfunding platform to host a campaign for artwork-hidden gun cabinets. Instant Access IPS has multiple U.S. patents pending for its first-of-its-kind gun cabinet that allows gun owners to safely and securely store their firearms behind artwork.

“Other crowdfunding sites like Kickstarter wouldn’t allow us to run a campaign for our product that helps keep families safe,” Instant Access IPS CEO Mark Coons said. “I’m thankful Indiegogo will host our campaign. Our attractive new pistol cabinet will further help efforts to keep children and families safe from gun tragedies.”

Money raised from the Indiegogo campaign will fund the first production round of Instant Access IPS’s new pistol cabinet. Like the tactical weapons cabinet offered by Instant Access IPS, the pistol cabinet will be concealed by custom artwork chosen by customers.
